Diploma in Social Studies Education
The program aims to improve the teaching competencies of educators teaching Sibika at Kultura and Hekasi in the elementary schools and social studies in the secondary schools. It is also intended for division supervisors and curriculum developers in social studies.Objectives
The program aims to:- Equip students with the knowledge and skills that are requisites to the effective teaching of social studies; and
- Enable students to undertake and use research in social studies education to improve instruction and policy formulation.

All courses are offered by DE mode.Admission Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (in any field) from a recognized institution. All applicants are admitted provisionally until completion of 9 units with a general weighted average of 2.0 or better.The Curriculum
