FOR LOCAL STUDENTS

We implement the "Early Registration System" in line with our continuous efforts to serve you better. 

Please take note of the important dates and the things you need to do on these dates:

  1. Go to your Learning Center and pick up your assessment form.  The assessment form contains information on the courses and the detailed assessment of your school fees.
    If you wish to make changes in the courses you want to enroll, inform your Learning Center Coordinator who will reassess your school fees.

    1. Pay the assessed fees.  You can pay through:

      a. Any PNB branch nearest you following the usual procedure of bank payment.

      b. Credit Card Payment (Please see additional information regarding this mode of payment. ).*

      No cash payments shall be accepted at the Learning Centers at any time during the registration period.

  2. After payment, go to the Learning Center to accomplish your Form 5 (the official registration form of the university) and to submit your proof of payment (PNB slip).  If you made changes in the courses that you will enroll, please make sure that such changes are also indicated in your Form 5 to avoid confusions in your records later.

    The Learning Center Coordinator will stamp your Form 5 "Registered".

  3. All UPOU regular students should register during the specified period. Registration after this date will have to be approved by the University Registrar and will be subject to availability of learning packages/modules. We also suggest that you call your Learning Center Coordinator to verify the specific schedule of enrollment in that particular Learning Center.Pick up your course packages (modules) at your Learning Center.  Be sure to present your Form 5 stamped  "Registered".

Please be guided accordingly.

 

FOREIGN STUDENTS AND STUDENTS BASED ABROAD:

  1. Your assessed form and your temporary form 5 will be emailed to you by the Office of the University Registrar.

  2. If you wish to make any changes in the courses you will enroll, email the changes to us so we can reassess your fees.

  3. Pay your assessed fees through:

    a. Any PNB branch nearest you following the usual procedure of bank payment (account number: 075-800050-8)

    b. Credit card following the Mail-Order Telephone Order (MOTO). A 4.5% transaction cost will be charged to you.  Click here for the authorization form.   This form CANNOT be submitted electronically. FAX or MAIL the accomplished form to us so we can process your enrollment and send you your learning materials.

  4. Your official Form 5, which you need to sign, will be mailed to you together with your learning packages.  Send the signed Form 5 back to us since this will form part of your official records with us.
