Leadership Training for ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation

The UPOU in collaboration with the UPOU Foundation Inc., recently conducted two leadership training courses for area managers and field workers of the ABS-CBN BAYAN FOUNDATION, INC.
The first training was conducted on 16-17 September 2004 with Dr. Paz H. Diaz, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies as lecturer. While the second training was conducted by Dr. Felix Librero.
ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Inc. employs microfinance as a tool for alleviating poverty. It was established in 1997 with the aim of giving opportunities for self-employment among the poor to improve their families' living conditions. ( L.A. Gelisan, OC)
