Faculty of Education faculty members participate in workshops/trainings
Dean Nemah N. Hermosa of the Faculty of Education (FEd) presented a paper at the World Congress for Reading held on 26-30 July 2004 at the Shangri-La, Manila , Philippines . Prof. Patricia B. Arinto, and Prof. Portia Padilla, full time faculty members of FEd, also presented papers in the said conference.On 29 September- 5 October 2004, Dean Hermosa attended the meeting of the Publications Committee of the International Reading Association (IRA) in Newark , Delaware , USA . As a committee member, Dean Hermosa assists IRA staff members in developing, evaluating, and monitoring IRA's print and nonprint publishing program.
